While employed at Kingston I supported the implementation of their ERP system Infor. At the start of my time here I was tasked with creating upload sheets, data conversions, data entry and some basic report creation. After our system went live I moved into a supporting role where I conducted audits of our timecards, created user guides, edited and published training videos and clips for our employees, trained managers at all fourteen of our facilities on our new scheduling system, managed our Zendesk ticketing area for the ERP system I also fielded and supported any and all scheduling and timeclock related questions and issues.

I currently work with a small group to maintain all buildings on the property. These duties include working independently to clean and prepare buildings for events. I am tasked to locking and unlocking the buildings in a timely manner to ensure people may enter for school and other events.

While employed at Kroger i worked in both the dairy and the grocery department. In both of the departments I stocked product and provided excellent customer service. I held many responsibilities in both departments. I ordered our bread as well as, our dairy products. I generally worked independently, this position allowed my skills in data and inventory management to shine.
