Fox Cities-Kurgan Global Partnership

The Fox Cities-Kurgan Global Partnership is a 501(c)3 global health and security nonprofit that launched between the United States and rural Russia in 1986. Founded as a small Sister Cities program, it grew into one of the most active development organizations working between the two countries in the early 2000s.
