I played many roles at this job. Initially I worked with Graham Glass in the training department. Later I joined the consulting group, where I consulted and mentored in first Smalltalk, then C++ and later Java.

Performed data extraction and mining of existing customers ERP systems' data and data manipulation tools to transform data to work with in-house developed system. Created system documentation.

Was responsible for taking all of the labs previous written using 68000 assembler running on an embedded system and porting them to C (type 1 - not ANSI, did not support copying structures). Also responsible for porting C compiler to the embedded system (figuring out how the compiler formed activation records and porting I/O routines - later written using functions that embedded assembler). I was accountable for writing and grading homework and I occasionally taught for the instructor. This was for a junior level Engineering course.

I worked for the department of Engineering on a system to perform structural analysis of vehicles. This was a joint effort funded by Ford Motor Companies and TACOM. At the time I was eligible for this position because I was taking a course in Object Oriented Programming using Smalltalk. I learned and applied C++ in this position.

Prepared and taught classes in computer literacy. This included basic tool usage, spreadsheets, word processing, databases as well as telecommunications.
