Conceptual development, design and production of numerous projects for clients including print ads, corporate identity, business cards, brochures, websites and banner ads.

Worked closely with clients, creative director, copywriters, account executives and graphic designers to develop creative that meets/exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities include conceptual development, art direction and design, managing projects, managing graphic designers, directing photo shoots, developing presentations and proposals, illustration, web design, and prepress. Manage priorities and develop workflow efficiencies to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsible for the design and development of direct mail packages, brochures, posters, holiday cards, credit cards, and employee incentive programs for regional and national clients. Assumed leadership role within art department by training junior designers in production methods, techniques, file organization and signing off on projects to maintain quality control.
