As a Peer Mentor in the Cyfle Cymru out-of-work project with Barod, I have the privilege of supporting individuals effected by substance use and/or mental health difficulties as they navigate the challenges of re-entering employment,education or training. Drawing from my own experiences and professional knowledge, I work alongside clients to help them develop skills, boost their confidence, and set achievable goals for their future.
