I am responsible for performance management, policy development, team building, IR advice, HR advice, conducting operational and sales meetings, driving productivity, and hiring internal staff. I also handle business development, account management, recruiting for clients, remote site visits, reporting, and KPI setting. I have a proven track record of turning around underperforming businesses, managing large volume recruitment projects, and sourcing talent for various trades, professions, and roles. I have extensive experience in working on mine sites, engineering workshops, food manufacturing, transport companies, general manufacturing, marine manufacturing, and civil projects.
