Have been working in the Mortgage & Finance industry for over 20 years and now recognised as a Fellow of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia. Having started working as a Non-Bank lender in various roles through the entire mortgage chain, I decided to create the first BPO for Mortgage Brokers in Australia. In 2001, created Starworks, which became the worlds first and only rated Loan Processing solutions provider by Standard & Poor's. Took over total control of the Stargate Group in 2005 guiding it through the GFC and consistently being recognised as the Mortgage Industry's premier IT supplier winning a number of Industry Awards. In 2014, led the Stargate business through its acquisition by the ASX listed Rubik Financial Limited (RFL) and served as Group Executive - Mortgages responsible for running the Mortgage Division of RFL through the acquisition period.
