BRAND MANAGER: THE HAMPER BOX• Brand Manager of The Hamper Box as we rebranded from The Fruit Box Hampers and launch to market.• Developing a new product offering and business plan.• Overall creative and design of the new brand, including packaging, web design, product offering.• Complete management of our digital team to bring to life my creative vision for the new website, while still meeting our overall brand position/ message.• Management of the procurement process for all new product offerings including building relationships to secure competitive pricing.• Ownership of marketing across multiple channels including, EDM’s, social media, print, and digital.• Developing a business plan with restricted budgets which were meet• Negotiation of both national and international sourcing of products and packaging.• The new product offering has doubled revenue for this function.• National staff training including but not limited to packing (to create a uniformed look), purchasing, customer service and functionality of our new website. COMMUNITY MANAGER: SOCIAL MEDIA• Setting up Social Media platforms across the business.• Developing a new feel and look for our social media platforms• Creating the creative and day to day content across all mediums • Being the persona of Box Corporate• Managing Social media budgets to be spent across the business.• Meeting projected community growth with success.PROJECT MANAGER: EVENTS• Responsible for operational, implementation and post-event activities, on a national level across all functions of the Box Corporate Business.

An Account Manager responsible for account growth and retention within their portfolio. This includes identifying and forming relationships with decision makers and influential stakeholders, cross selling of new products, and management of customer service enquiries. The Account Manager ‘owns’ the customer – they are the key point of contact for any enquiries, be they sales, service, orders or complaint resolution.
