Britehorn Partners owns Britehorn Securities, a FINRA/SEC registered broker dealer that specializes in managing compliance needs for investment bankers, institutional placement agents, and private capital funds. Outside of Britehorn, I am an investor and member of the Board of Directors for ARB Labs Inc., a technology company serving the casino gaming industry based in Toronto; and an investor and Advisory Board Member for York RLFC, a professional rugby league club based in York, England.
