CurrentDesigned the architecture of new platform service offerings, contributing to Silverstripe's client growth and key client acquisitions. This included offerings such as integration of cloud services and applications with SIEM (Security information and event management) providers, and highly scalable and resilient logging solutions for aggregating large volumes of data in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. I supported this through cost & effort estimates, options analyses, value statements, security risk assessments and business case contribution.Lead multiple security and performance initiatives across Silverstripe’s platform services and product development. Provided specialized security advice and guidance for platform services and systems administration within Silverstripe.Performed investigation and solution design of industry leading solutions for the future planning of platform services, including Kubernetes supported hosting and services for scalability and cost management on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Performance analysis tooling for client applications and integration into existing CI/CD models.Trained and guided teams and senior engineers on the identification and mitigation of high-profile security incidents and the design of technology systems by building high-trust relationships and using collaborative approaches.
