-Maintain an acute attention to detail; superb problem solving capabilities; exemplary record keeping and excellent written and verbal communication with staff, supervisors and clients.- Responsible for complex review of documents in order to evaluate and assign values to claims while maintaining the integrity of claims data with tasks including data entry and related duties to ensure excellent client service.- Investigating cases of fraudulent activity on specialized and high-profile mass claim settlement programs (e.g. Fire Victim Trust & Watson Grinding Explosion Settlement).-Write official reports summarizing findings of fraud which are issued to the court, Special Masters, and counsel.-Test the effectiveness of claim system software in a sandbox environment in order to identify language enhancements, validate the accuracy of claim system data, and streamline processing.-Utilize expert knowledge of, and skill in applying the investigative, negotiating, problem solving, and enforcement techniques required to determine eligibility of claims processed.-Data management of Medicare, Medicaid, and private liens.
