Brett Weiss, a senior partner at The Weiss Law Group, LLC, has been representing people and businesses in all phases of bankruptcy for over 30 years. He has experience in complex individual Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases, and in Chapter 11 small business restructuring and reorganization, including the Small Business Reorganization Act ("Subchapter V" or the SBRA).Mr. Weiss lectures nationally on bankruptcy issues.
