▪ Member of the Labor Law Team focused on initiating, litigating and resolving lawsuits alleging violations of NYS Labor Law §§200, 240 and 241 and the Industrial Code Rules.▪ Performed all aspects of case handling including, but not limited to, client intake, preliminary investigation, initiating lawsuits, drafting pleadings, bills of particulars and other discovery documents, preparing clients for depositions, defending depositions, preparing clients for independent medical examinations, managing and counseling clients’ needs, monitoring, analyzing and assisting in clients’ medical treatment and Workers’ Compensation claims, conducting depositions of ownership entities, general contractors, subcontractors and nonparty witnesses, drafting discovery motions, drafting dispositive motions, attending Court Conferences and oral arguments (including premises liability and motor vehicle accidents) and preparing for trial and mediation.
