Among the founding members of the combined, joint, and interagency task force (CJIATF) responsible for the Afghanistan counter-corruption campaign under BG H.R. McMaster. Collaborated with DOS, DHS, and IA partners to develop metrics to assess the ISAF counter-corruption campaign progress. Provided subject-matter expertise to the USCENTCOM CIO in support of the Afghanistan Reports Database (CIDNE) through database optimization, developing new data collection requirements, and establishing a Configuration Control Board (CCB). Designed, implemented, and administered a multiple-domain, web-based collaboration system supporting over a dozen governmental, non-governmental, and foreign government partners.

Led the Army's team responsible for analysis of Army Brigade Combat Team (BCT) communications networks. Managed a diverse team of analysts, network engineers, and software developers. Served as principal analyst for a number of Analysis of Alternative (AoA) studies to inform DA acquisition studies, including the Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV), Future Combat System (FCS) networks, and brigade-based precision munitions.

Chief Technical Officer and senior Army technical manager for the Army Game Project (America’s Army), a concept for using game technology as a strategic communication device by providing a virtual “test drive” of Soldiering. The Army Game was consistently ranked among the top 10 PC games with over 10 million players worldwide and received various gaming industry, marketing, and business awards. The game engine was also leveraged as an enterprise education and training platform for customers including the JFK Special Warfare Center, US Army Accessions Command, National Counterterrorism Center, and others. Based upon the game "Tribes", this website served as the official developer's forum. Ranging from over 100 IRC channels, 30+ forums, annual LAN parties, interviews with developers, we chartered the path for future web-community websites.

Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General, 3rd Corps Support Command (COSCOM), Wiesbaden, Germany and later deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina under 21st Theater Army Area Command, Forward. Served as the personal military assistant to the senior commanding general for logistics during Operation Joint Guard (OJG) and Operation Joint Endeavor (OJE). Among the first Allied soldiers deployed into the Bosnian theater to establish the logistics infrastructure prior to the deployment of troops into Hungary, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
