Provided subject-matter expertise to the USCENTCOM CIO in support of the Afghanistan Reports Database (CIDNE) through database optimization, developing new data collection requirements, and establishing a Configuration Control Board (CCB). Designed, implemented, and administered a multiple-domain, web-based collaboration system supporting over a dozen governmental, non-governmental, and foreign government partners.
