As a Talent Acquisition partner and Recruiter, I'm privileged to get to learn from people from all walks of life everyday. I enjoy hearing about the passion candidates and hiring managers alike share in their career journeys. I've supported and partnered with some of the top minds in news media and the entertainment industry: Warner Bros. Discovery/WarnerMedia/CNN, The New York Times, NPR, Politico, NBCUniversal Local, and Condé Nast. Most of my recruiting experience comes from working with Editorial, News, and Media teams. I've partnered with and supported companies of all sizes across the news, media, and entertainment sectors.I have supported Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives while advising and supporting hiring managers as well as the candidates they seek to hire. My experience working with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Workday, iCIMS, UltiPro, and BrassRing – has allowed me to collaborate effectively with consistency and efficiency.Consistent communication and a dedication problem solving are keys to a successful partnership between recruiters and hiring managers, and that success contributes directly to a positive, impactful candidate experience. Part of my role is to gain trust and continue building trust with everyone I work with and meet throughout the hiring process.
