• Leading a team of 5 to plan and manage the deployment of AUD$100M worth of finished goods inventory across a network of 15 DC’s, 3 Breweries including a significant volume of imported product.
• Day-to-day reviewing of customer demand vs stock holding to identify potential stock outs and expediting stock where necessary to minimise customer impact
• Ensuring stock out risks are escalated to the wider business where appropriate so that the sales team can manage customer expectations
• Optimising Intra-company transfers to minimise transport costs while still maintaining supply to the customer.
