Also managed vendor relationships and a network of up to twelve outsourcing companies, as this was during the height of the REO foreclosure crisis and at a time when Chase was a major servicer. Executed the successful and timely disposition of REO assets in accordance with investor guidelines and during the height of the mortgage foreclosure crisis when BOA was the major mortgage servicer. Facilitated and implemented a compensation plan with emphasis on sales production.

Managed the Wholesale Mortgage Lending Division in North Texas which included multiple locations. Awarded DLOM/RLOM of the year awards for three consecutive years. Promoted from initial position as District Origination Manager to Region Origination Manager, culminating in Division Manager role form 2006-2008. Commitment to P&L management, strategic planning, and forecasting resulted in exceeding volume, growth and profit targets from 2003-2008. Created and implemented training programs focused on product knowledge and sales strategies, developed mentor program, facilitated large seminars and training classes with 300+ attendees, and provided hands-on training as needed. Achieved credit quality and market growth.

A twenty-one-year career that started in Houston, TX, then to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, next to Salt Lake City, UT, then back to Texas (Dallas). And, a tremendous amount of travel at every stop during my career. My last 11 years was as a District Supervisor overseeing a number of consumer loan branch offices throughout East Texas, Central Texas, DFW and Houston.
