I am currently an HR Data Analyst at Tractor Supply Company with a Master's in Statistics. I am deeply interested in using data to solve problems, reduce inefficiencies, and ultimately tell an actionable story. In particular, I have been using RStudio for the past 5+ years to clean, analyze, and visualize a wide range of data sets. Whether it is the development of a Power BI dashboard, the mass production of excel reports, or the visualization of a dataset in a slide deck, I love the process of taking the informational wealth of data and creating a story for each unique problem.
