As an Engagement Manager working heavily in the social impact practice, I use data-driven insights and frameworks to drive and measure impact for people and organizations working to make a greater impact!In my previous role as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Mercy Project, I partnered in telling the stories of children rescued from labor trafficking in Ghana. In addition to my work in nonprofit marketing, I have taught as an adjunct professor in the School of Social Work, a nonprofit consultant, and active advocate in the community. Before beginning my role at ACU, I successfully launched social work programs in two rural school districts to address student needs, resulting in the implementation of school social work services across the Big Country region. I also spent two months living in Haiti, where I partnered with a local nonprofit to evaluate the impact of a family reunification model for homeless children previously living on the streets. These research findings were accepted for presentation at seven national and international conferences. I earned my BS and MS in Social Work and MBA at Abilene Christian University. My personality, work-ethic, and values can best be identified by my top 5 strengths: achiever, empathy, individualization, developer, and relator.
