Melia Design is a nationally recognized graphic design firm, serving top brands, including Harley Davidson, MTV, and National Geographic.-Transformed the design firm from brochure-grade website development to a more sophisticated technical offering,including e-commerce, database-driven content, and interactive screen elements.-Grew client revenue from $300k to $1.2M in 2-year period, primarily as a result of offering turnkey development and moving technical resources in house.-Streamlined proposal process, dropping the time to produce a proposal from 2-4 days to less than ½ day, using contentand structure templates.-Worked with in-house engineer on product development, creating the precursor application to Nimbus.
