Overall responsibility for documenting a Cloud-Based Network Management System, as well as web-based Device Management System. Responsible for managing all aspects of on-line help systems, including style and content; and interfacing with a multi-national subcontractor team to ensure consistency, quality and on-time delivery of documentation, software releases, and upgrades. Created training materials and provided training for document storage application (DOORS) to support Alcatel CMM efforts.

Documented a major broadband upgrade project that provided high-speed Internet access to a Sales Staff of 1,200 remote users. Worked with Amgen engineers and subcontractors to create and manage all technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Worked directly with Project Manager to track all project issues and action items to ensure successful implementation. Deliverables included Detailed Designs, Detailed Training Plans, Acceptance Test Plans, and Operational Plans and Procedures, and end user manuals.

Wrote and managed documentation for a major systems integration project for the State of California following IEEE guidelines. The new system integrated document imaging, e-commerce, Internet, and telefiling solutions to streamline employer tax payments to the State. Worked with Unisys and client project personnel in a team environment to simultaneously produce multiple project documents. Project deliverables included Detailed Designs, Detailed Training Plans, Acceptance Test Plans, and Operational Plans and Procedures.

Developed and wrote procedure manuals and on-line documentation for Network Specialists working in PG&E’s Telecommunications/Data Center. Documentation included text and graphics detailing analog and digital transmission over both conventional and fiber optic cables, as well as analog and digital microwave systems. Also documented a new client-server system running SAP R/3 on a UNIX platform to access an Oracle Database. Documentation included text and detailed hardware configuration drawings to assist support analysts in monitoring and troubleshooting the systems. Also developed an Intranet Web site to provide access to system documentation to on-call support analysts.
