As a Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collector for over five years, I supervised HUMINT teams thorough all phases of planning and execution, and consulted senior enlisted/non-enlisted staff on insider threats, personally producing nearly 17% of all HUMINT reports generated from Iraq.▶︎ As Special Security Officer in the UK, I mentored and managed new security professionals, adding value by streamlining streamlined key protocols, which slashed agent onboarding time from multiple days to mere hours. ▶︎ As a Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority, I deployed the first-ever DNA screening program for local/third-party nationals in Regional Command South, and authored a tactical manual as part of the first Threat Working Group in Zari, Afghanistan.▶︎ In subsequent roles as a Red Team Lead and Special Agent in Charge, I managed insider threat detection (IDT) efforts, uncovering and disbanding criminal networks, and advised on implementation and socialization of OPSEC best practices.On a personal note, I am willing to relocate, and am on LinkedIn to expand and strengthen my professional network.
