Hired to ideate audio-visual installation, video production, training, and troubleshooting of A/V & IT systems to enhance user experience and courtroom technology in the country’s largest bankruptcy court district.- Design buttons, layouts, looks, and interfaces for touch control panels for operating A/V equipment. - Run network, cabling, and conduit throughways for secure cabling and signal transmission. - Design and create training documentation and "how to" for end-user knowledge and turn-key use.- Design public-facing digital signage and own operations and content for marketing to public intake.- Install, audio speakers, DSPs, controllers, routers, switchers, VOIP, VTC, V-LAN, for networked AV. - Configure and install AMX, Crestron, Extron, Polycom, and Lectrosonics control and matrix devices for audio and video integration. AchievementsInstrumental in installing, and equalizing DSPs, including Dante audio capable devices for audio playback and amplification, attributing to 80% increase in usable audio records. Led the creation of the district's first audio-visual security risk mitigation policy and the security implementation for networked AV devices across five divisions.Key personnel in install, A/B testing, and commissioning of new video conference systems in 7 courts for multipoint conferencing in remote court appearances.Produced and edited critical videos, within a 1-week turnaround for staff and attorneys to quickly integrate Zoom for virtual hearings to continue court appearances during COVID-19 pandemic, winning adaptation of multiple courts across the country.Instrumental in the programming and commissioning of multiple conference rooms for automated user-end usage for Zoom, MS Teams, Poly and Cisco devices and software
