As Account Executive for Film & TV, working with individuals and teams in entertainment to identify and properly license music from the APM catalog for their projects. My clients are working on projects like TV programs, features, short films, promos, trailers and more. I assist them with finding music from the APM catalog that satisfies their creative needs, gathering stems or any other assets that may be necessary for edit, securing licenses that cover their needs, custom music projects and so much more. My goal as an Account Executive is to help my clients feel secure and totally satisfied with the music they're licensing through APM.APM is a joint venture between Universal Music Publishing and Sony Music Publishing. We've provided a sync licensing solution for over 40 years and represent over 1M tracks that date all the way back to 1901. • Research the trades daily to identify new business opportunities, identifying appropriate contacts to engage with, and manage contact and account records in Salesforce.• Manage and qualify inbound APM Search registrants, determining whether or not there is a viable business opportunity and redirecting to the appropriate Sales Representative internally for follow-up and nurturing.• Identify team needs as they relate to Marketing initiatives (landing pages, pitch decks, social media projects, email campaigns, etc.) and liaise between departments from ideation stage to final execution. • Manage customer relationships by responding to and prioritizing day-to-day requests post-sales cycle. Duties include but are not limited to: setting up Music Search cases and assisting in the acquisition and organization of music assets (e.g. stems, lyrics, etc.); troubleshooting APM Search account issues; providing APM Search tips and tutorials; redirecting questions to the appropriate stakeholders; providing support for quoting and contracting processes as needed; collecting and organizing cue sheets for delivery to Annual Reporting on behalf of clients.• Provide support to Sales Executives with client-related inquiries and requests, as well as ad hoc projects, report generation and administrative work.• Outline, write and distribute the company-wide monthly email newsletter on behalf of APM's culture committee, APM FX.• Maintain team minutes and distribute internally, ensuring that items are followed up on and completed.

• Work with Sales Development team to ensure the account registration process is running quickly and efficiently for incoming leads.• Maintain and distribute company-wide documents with regular cadence.• Respond to and take care of client-related inquiries with professionalism. • Organize and maintain company-wide calendar.• Manage inbound claims from clients and leads related to Youtube content.• Answer incoming calls and redirect and respond accordingly.• Provide administrative support across Sales and Marketing divisions as needed.• Assist with office maintenance and cleanliness.
