Before co-founding Cadence, a highly sought-after boutique investment bank, Brian worked for more than 15 years advising middle market clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions at Wells Fargo Advisors and Wells Fargo Securities.Before his leadership role at Wells Fargo, Brian spent eight years within the mergers and acquisitions group at A.G. Edwards (a Wells Fargo Advisors predecessor firm), advising middle-market clients on the sale and recapitalizations of their companies. In addition to developing a solid understanding of the emotional struggles that business owners encounter when engaging in a transaction for their company they’ve been building for many years, Brian remains incredibly passionate about partnering with private business owners to tactfully guide them through life-changing and complex M&A transactions.Brian has a wealth of educational success as he leans on several degrees, including a B.S. in Accounting from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
