Talent Acquisition Partner
CurrentABB is a global leader in power and automation technologies. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, the company employs 145,000 people and operates in approximately 100 countries. The firm’s shares are traded on the stock exchanges of Zurich, Stockholm and New York. I lead the hiring and recruitment activities in multiple business units in partnership with hiring managers and ABB HR Business Partners. I work closely with the talent acquisition sourcing team to ensure recruitment demands are met across multiple functions, businesses, and locations. I source, engage, and manage, outside recruiting agencies, as well as advise and negotiate job offers. I champion the overall recruitment process and provide hiring managers direction and consultation on strategic and emerging recruitment trends, best practices and federal contract compliance adherence.
