Responsible for behavioral treatment for young children with autism including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans with replacement behaviors and skill development, training parents, teachers, and tutors in the implementation of behavior and treatment plans, supervision of tutors to conduct therapy sessions and data collection, analysis of treatment plans, coordination with insurance companies to continue services, and collaboration with other professionals.

Responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of skill programs for early childhood students with autism to meet IEP objectives including supervision of autism assistants who provide direct instruction to students, consultation and training with classroom teachers and therapists to provide support for students with autism, direct instruction for IEP goals to students with autism both in 1:1 settings and within classroom routines, implementation and monitoring of behavior plans, and collecting and analyzing data for student progress on IEP objectives.

Responsible for planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate lesson plans for classroom of 8-10 children ages 1-3 years including case management and maintenance of files for children with IFSPs, coordination of IFSP meetings, specialized instruction for IFSP outcomes; including modification of the curriculum for children with disabilities, data collection for monitoring of IFSP outcomes and monthly progress reports, development and implementation of behavior support plans, developmental assessments, home visits and family interviews, extensive collaboration with therapists and other professionals, supervision of practicum students, student teachers, and volunteers.Responsible for supervision of early intervention classroom program including classroom observations and feedback for early intervention teachers, supervision and assistance with case management and other paperwork for early intervention teachers, consultation and support for classroom programming and child-specific concerns, and training of new early intervention teachers.
