I am a highly versatile IT professional with 12+ years’ experience in the IT field supporting everything from mobile and clinical devices to active directory, network, and application support. I am passionate about problem solving, relationship building, and innovation, and I work to expand my overall knowledge on a daily basis. I currently possess an Associate's degree in Computer Networking and Cyber Security along with a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance. In previous roles, I have helped develop invaluable relationships with clients leading to multiple contract renewals, transitions, and overall growth of the business through a drive for continuous process improvement. I have also helped develop, test, and implement automation aimed at improving efficiency and accuracy while reducing cost and room for error.
