I spent the majority of my working life in supportive roles and I have loved every second of it. I started in the Church world and that provided me with a lot of leadership training as well as conflict resolution in healthy, whole ways. I learned to love people where they are and for who they are, making for better relationships and, ultimately, better communication. Upon leaving the church, I entered the political world as an Executive Assistant. To my surprise, I still utilize the same skills I gained in the Church in the corporate world. I have learned a lot about how to disagree with people in a healthy way and still maintain respect for one another. Currently, I am seeking a career that gives back to me as much as I give to it. I want a career that doesn't cause stress and brings great joy.
