About Bria Heiser Wanichek

Bria is a second-generation homebuilder and owner of Highlands Builders Group with her husband Adam. Bria’s upbringing in the homebuilding industry gives her a unique understanding of the homebuilding process, from land acquisition to delivery of the final product, and how to create homes and neighborhoods that are sustainable and beautiful. Over the past decade, HBG has built dozens of homes of all property types, from custom and single-family resale homes, to ADUs and urban townhomes. Her previous experience includes residential and new construction sales, and a position with a land and commercial focused brokerage. Bria holds a BA in Public Relations from Pepperdine University. She currently serves on the City of Kirkland's Planning Commission.
