Senior Business Development Manager
CurrentElevated to the role of Senior Business Development Manager with the responsibility of managing relationships with key IDNs, physician groups, and healthcare systems across the Midwest. Developed and leads a team of 12 account executives across an 8-state territory to unprecedented growth through solutions selling and a culture of innovation. Works closely with cross-functional teams to refocus budgets, increase operational capacity, manage P&L, and efficiently open and expand new growth opportunities. - Pushed regional sales growth to 34% within 3 years and on track to close Q1 2024 with 6% in additional growth. - Continually outperforms financial forecasts with a growth in regional profit of $40M for 2023.- Manages key partnerships with regional and national hospital systems, IDNs, and physician groups. - Recruits, hires, and trains Account Executives, as well as oversees the national sales department new hire program.- Identifies, negotiates, and closes agreements and RFPs with Healthcare Systems, IDNs, and physician groups. - Establishes and maintains relationships with key contacts within hospital system C-Suite and physician management. - Evaluates and coaches regional account executives to best position them for success and future career opportunities.
