In this newly defined role, Brian is responsible for leading the Global Knowledge Solutions team, a team of 13 including 4 lawyers in product management roles as well as knowledge architecture.

The disperse set of teams delivering end user technology were brought together as the Business Systems group. As Director of this team, Brian oversaw a budget exceeding 24M and a team of 30 with 5 direct reports in the areas of Practice Support, Development, Data and Application Services, End user Systems Engineering and User Support.In this newly formed role, Brian led a realignment of end user facing solutions by partnering with both legal and administrative business units.

Brian controlled a multi-million-dollar budget and led team of sixteen with three direct reports.
