About Brian Reid

An experienced leader in the world of business, IT, process & people change delivery. Financial services, travel and public sector experience.The recurring theme / passion in my career has been bringing structure, professional practice, and innovation to the world of change & transformation. Helping organisations make sense of complex inter-related projects or change initiatives, and aligning them with the organisational vision is something I find consistently energising. Of course nothing can be achieved without the people, capabilities and skills of a great team. Building such teams, developing them and seeing them flourish is incredibly rewarding. These are the challenges that keep me motivated, and committed in my role. I’ve been fascinated with how we create the macro and micro conditions for delivery success, for many years now.
