My responsibilities are an Industrial Field Service Technician and Lead Commercial Technician. I was a Field Service Manager for the Commercial Technicians then switched to be an Industrial Field Service Technician. I work on large freezers, coolers, chillers, boilers, medical equipment, computer room equipment and help with the Install Department if needed. I do bids, sales and client relationship.

My responsibilities were to control I-70 north for service calls, dispatch jobs to technicians and do repairs on service calls. I was responsible for 80 stores in my area as the Field Service Manager. I did training, trouble shooting on service calls, bids and client relationship. I did service work on freezers, coolers, rooftop air conditioning units, small boilers.
