I have successfully negotiated improved contracts for Buildings/Rent, rates Telephones, Mobile phones, Maintenance Contracts and Supply Contracts and maintain a good working relationship with our suppliers.My other duties include a more general Office Management role in which I am responsible for the Facilities Management which includes the general upkeep of the office along with carrying out Risk Assessments and ensuring Health & Safety measures are in place. I am named as the Health & Safety Competent Person, and am also listed as the Fire Marshall. I am also responsible for stock control and ordering ensuring that all stocks, supplies and consumables are available.
