As the developer of North Beverly Park, Mr. Adler was personally involved in every aspect of the project –from master planning to overseeing the design and sight planning of the estates as well as building and developing several of the estate residences. He personally presented and brokered all sales of the 80, approximate two level acre estate sites as well as a multitude of resales of the estate residences –for a total of 114 sales to date(overall values of estates in Beverly Park are approximately $25,000,000-$125,000,000).Following this world-renowned venture, Mr. Adler has set his sights on an exciting new one as the co-founder, partner, and president of the William Pierce Real Estate brokerage firm –with its first California office in Beverly Hills. The planned multi-office new firm will focus on the listing and selling of properties.
