• Receiving and processing requests from corporate and individual clients and maintaining an elite level of product knowledge for the private medical insurance market in Ireland.• Dealing with potential customers, establishing their product requirements and meeting these requirements through thoughtful product selection.• Identifying and communicating potentially complex aspects of private medical insurance to corporate and individual clients.• Reaching individual targets in relation to retention levels and service levels in a fast paced and demanding environment.• I also supported the corporate sales department by scheduling and performing site visits to large corporate groups in order to assist with scheme changes, claims submissions and sales desks. The main focus of which is to support the customer needs and grow and retain a profitable portfolio of clients.
