Dublin Business English (DBE) was set up in 2005. We started by offering business English language training to the corporate sector in Dublin but have since branched out into a host of other product offerings: the BEC (Business English Cambridge) suite of exams as well as the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) as well as general English exams like B2 First, C1 advanced, IELTS and the OET test. We cater for both individual and small group classes. The corporate classes take place in-house at the company's premises or online via Zoom.Methodology: Homework is given after each class to be completed in advance of the following class when feedback and discussion of these exercises are done. This allows maximum use of class time with an emphasis on building spoken fluency and student confidence. Enjoyment and having a bit of craic in the class has always been the school's philosophy. The key is enjoying the learning process and making students look forward to the classes.The course is very student centric and we operate more akin to coaching - setting targets/goals, delivering the service product and meeting these targets within a set time period.
