Developed and led Franchise Technology Steering Committee. Worked with cross-functional franchisees to determine and prioritize technology requirements. Aligned priorities with Taco Bell senior leadership and integrated agreed-upon priorities into implementation calendar.Key Projects: Developed TACO Back of House Franchise User Group to assist in identifying franchisee needs, Conducted Point of Sale (POS) functionality search to determine strategic future POS platform for Taco Bell.

Managed back-of-house (BOH) operations technology team. Provided quality solutions to 1,200 company and 3,100 franchise restaurants using TACO BOH system; ensured improvements met Taco Bell’s business needs. Directed project lead priorities, working with various departments and organizations to develop functional requirements, training materials, and implementation strategy.

Oversaw financial standardization projects across YUM brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell). Reviewed current systems/processes/reporting/data access and determined best practices, recommended solutions, built alignment, developed project plans, and implemented new standard systems and processes across all YUM brands.Key Projects: Standard Financial Reports (in-restaurant and above restaurant) for KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell, Standard Cost Center and Alignment policies/procedures for KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell.

Oversaw management of financial system, reporting development projects, and ongoing financial system maintenance. Served as Taco Bell liaison for all Tricon financial consolidation projects. Reviewed current systems, determined best practices, recommended solutions, developed project plans, and implemented new systems.

Supervised online system maintenance for general ledger, financial reporting, and organizational database. Managed financial close process and provided functional leadership on financial system development and upgrade projects.

Held responsibility for supervising 15 specialists and supporting 2,500 restaurants which included processing daily sales/cash information and reconciling corporate and restaurant bank accounts.
