 Speak to a wide range of organizations, businesses, churches to bring awareness to the Bethlehem Center and the work the organization is doing in the community it serves and to raise funds and broaden the donor base for the organization. Assist in helping bringing more partnerships to the Bethlehem Center that can benefit the community. Oversee the V-Team leadership program, revise the V-Team curriculum, plan and organize all activities for the V-Team.  Mentor and teach leadership skills and more to area high school students in the City of Chattanooga. This includes mission trips/service projects, college tours, business campus tours, internship etc. Actively work with students and families on educational, social, spiritual, and economic needs in a community of 200+ residents. Provide leadership to the Bethlehem Center, After-School and Summer Academy Manage and oversee all recreational and athletic programs throughout the year including the after-school and summer academy that serves 1st-.8th grades. Other programs includes 9th grade- Adults. Recruit and retain volunteers for the Bethlehem Center, its programs, and events that are planned through the organization. Organize different events that benefits the community the Bethlehem Center serves.
