I am a 25 year old chef living in Toronto. I have been working as a Head Chef at The Dough Bros restaurant for six years and have a passion for food. I graduated from The Galway- Mayo Institute of Technology with a level 8 degree bachelor of business in culinary arts in 2018. I thoroughly enjoy food especially the creation of new dishes. In 2018, I was the winner of the new food product development in GMIT for the creation of Tribal Cheese.Possess effective leadership talents in overseeing and training individuals in menu planning as well as food preparation. From my extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors, I am customer focused and have immense team management skills.
