Key achievements:★ Provide leadership to the department comprised of 80 employees and 400 consultants ★ Drove labor efficiencies in the department of 19% while simultaneously reducing the number of incidents by 22% and improving restoration time.★ Influential in implementing IDA demand for store and DC ordering★ Successfully integrated a third party application, Logistyx, to facilitate the carrier and service selection, tendering, and tracking for same and next-day shipments from pharmacy to patients’ homes★ Integrated Rite Aid stores and DC into the Walgreens Supply Chain network ★ Key contributor in helping define the company’s application and capability road map for the entire Supply Chain and Merchandising areas.

Maintained full responsibility for Supply Chain and Logistics IT applications. Supervised, coached, and motivated a team comprised of 19 employees with 75+ consultants working on and offshore. Key Achievements★ Successfully reduced major incidents from 2.5 per month to zero in a 6-month period and stabilized the CII drug ordering system. ★ Implemented monthly demand planning department-wide that ensured cross-team staffing needs were met.

Provided technology leadership and direction to IT teams responsible for supporting and enhancing inbound DC systems, reverse logistics systems (self-serve and RX), DC reporting and analytics, and DC government compliance applications.
