Responsible for all technical issues associated with the design, construction and support of the first F-35 operational site. Acts as Maintenance Group Lead for all aircraft related technical issues for all three variants of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. Chairs Eglin aircraft modification working group, Performance Based Agreement working group, and oversees all operational and support activities for 59 aircraft.

Responsible for the planning, design , and construction of over $500M in new facilities to support flying operations for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) as directed by BRAC. Responsible for integrating all three US services (USAF, USMC, USN) into the largest Joint wing in DoD history. Developed joint policy guidance for maintenance activities within the 33FW, developed overall flightline and ramp design, designed hangar layout for F-35 operations, and served as chief architect for entire logistics support infrastructure to support F-35 operations.

Responsible for the maintenance of 40 highly modified aircraft in support of both Operational and Developmental Test. Aircraft included the F-16C/D, F-15C/E, A-10C, UH-1N, C-130 and CV-22. Served as the Chairman of the Eglin Configuration Control Board approving all T-2 modifications and instrumentation.

Responsible for the effective management of the largest squadron in the USAF with over 1200 personnel and 100+ fighter aircraft. Provided technical expertise and dynamic leadership while providing for the safe and effective execution of the flying missions supporting the USAF Fighter Weapons School, 422 Test and Evaluation Squdron, and 57th Fighter Wing. Aircraft managed included the F-16C/D, F-15 C/D/E, A-10, and F-22A. Spearheaded the successful bedown of the first operational F-22 squadron into the USAF.

Responsible for the entire industrial complex supporting 54 F-15C aircraft assigned to the 33rd Fighter Wing. Led a workforce comprised of over 750 personnel including Propulsion, Avionics, Munitions, Fuel Systems, Non-Destructive inspection, Fabrication, Sheet Metal, Electrical systems, Paint/Corrosion, Hydraulics, Environmental systems, Precision Measurement Equipment labratory, and Aerospace Ground Equipment. Recieved Outstanding rating during Operational Readiness Inspection and established numerous remote operating locations through out the SE United States in support of Operation Noble Eagle CAP missions following the attacks on 9/11.
