Oversee daily operations of intake/assessment departments for Columbus Springs Dublin & Columbus Springs East which are licensed 72 bed psychiatric hospitals providing crisis/mental health stabilization and medical detox services. Responsible for ensuring hospitals meet budgeted ADC (Average Daily Census). Oversee flow of patients and admissions between the hospitals and our referral sources including local emergency rooms ensuring timely access to care and appropriate level of care placement for the patients we serve.

Leading a team that provides substance abuse and mental health services for 18 psychiatric hospitals, and 35 outpatient clinics spanning nine states. Responsible for strategic planning and comprehensive oversight of all Behavioral Health Call Center operations.
