• In early March of 2019, I attended an immersive trip to Costa Rica centered on connecting with others while developing and designing our own lives. The way that Third Nature likes to phrase this is, "becoming the CEO.

• In an effort to adapt after the changes from COVID-19, ABO began to use Zoom to facilitate their certification exams. This transition involved teaching medical examiners and candidates on how to use this new virtual.
• Participated in the hosting of exams through the Zoom platform using interpersonal and technical skills
• Provided feedback and guidance to the ABO Board on how to better prepare and execute
• Set up troubleshooting calls with examiners to walk through any technical needs necessary
