In early March of 2019, I attended an immersive trip to Costa Rica centered on connecting with others while developing and designing our own lives. The way that Third Nature likes to phrase this is, "becoming the CEO of your own life." Soon after that first trip, I was asked to join their fellowship where I was selected to participate in an immersive personal & professional development accelerator for impact-driven college students and young professionals, designed to build leadership skills and an entrepreneurial-mindset.• Recruited entrepreneurial minds to a travel experience focused on professional development, personal growth, and connecting with like-minded, impact-driven students and young professionals• Engaged and maintaining accountability measures within team members• Organized sales sheets to accurately identify goals and accomplishments• Maintained communication with attending members to retain interest in future programs• Facilitated workshops and activities to aid in the development of individuals interested in being the CEO of their own lives

In an effort to adapt after the changes from COVID-19, ABO began to use Zoom to facilitate their certification exams. This transition involved teaching medical examiners and candidates on how to use this new virtual landscape.• Participated in the hosting of exams through the Zoom platform using interpersonal and technical skills• Provided feedback and guidance to the ABO Board on how to better prepare and execute• Set up troubleshooting calls with examiners to walk through any technical needs necessary

Selected as 1 of 50 (from 300+ applicants) to participate in the inaugural Fall Product Buds Fellowship cohort. The fellowship aims at providing mentorship, experiences and resources in the PM space.

With my background in innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship, Infinite Energy reached out to me to help them on their initiative to further cultivate their culture. I have worked closely with the Human Resource department to research and implement new and existing initiatives and ideas. Not far into my time there, COVID-19 shifted the entire company from in-person to remote work. With over 320 employees, this transition was not a simple feat. It has been an incredible journey of learning and growth as I helped head the transition while continuing to foster a well-rounded and productive culture.

The Ignite Initiative was a student-led initiative meant to bridge the gap between the University of Florida and the Gainesville start-up culture. In an effort to do so, we created a series of events and programs that would empower and ignite the spirits of students, employers, and business leaders alike. With much support and enthusiasm, companies and organizations from around Gainesville (including Sharp Spring, the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce, Start GNV, and Infinite Energy) joined to support and ignite the spark.• Organized and led a team of six passion-driven student leaders with a diverse set of skills in programming, sales, marketing, accounting, etc.• Met with 25 business owners around Gainesville to seek their involvement in the initiative• Gained support from 20 different organizations and companies around Gainesville offering a total of $8,000 in sponsorships• Set up processes and systems that would allow the team to successfully view our resources and opportunities• Maintained contact with all stakeholders while continually offering updates and support

Participated in the growth of Gertner Grind, a startup driven to inspire people everywhere to take ownership over their life and wellness journey. • Enhanced the experience of nine interns by organizing and executing team-building activities and professional workshops• Discovered and implemented the use of the most efficient optimization tools resulting in a more proficient system for managing team members and clients• Created a friendly work environment where interns and employees are productive and satisfied to work• Supported and helped guide Danielle (founder of Gertner Grind) through a symbiotic entrepreneurial journey• Worked alongside professionals for more than 15 hours to create an in-depth, comprehensive, and impactful application for recruiting fresh and motivated spirits
