As a Process Coordinator I'm the link between costumer and engineer. I coordinate major incidents and additional support activities like non standard changes. This period was the start of my professional IT carreer. Very quick after applying at Peak-IT, I was seconded to a care institution as a temporary worker, because on of the intern employees was getting ill. Here I started at my first costumer as an onsite support engineer for end-users. After the return of this employee, I could stay as onsite support.

As Junior system/field engineer I visited customers of Piersma.com to solve their onsite and remote issues. A large customers database was the cause for gaining experience in short time. The more customers I visited, the more experience I gained. I worked with products like Microsoft Windows, AD, VMware, Bloomberg and 3CX.
