Explain and interpret admissions policies and procedures to individual students upon entry to the Program. Serving as a board member on the Case Management Team for at risk student. Maintains confidentiality on issues related to students personal issues rose during the counseling session, student status and performance, student grievances and other program concerns.

Counsels individuals to help them understand and deal with their social, behavioral, and emotional problems. Provide CPS children with life skills to manage problems that happen before and to enhance personal, and social growth. Reviews service plan and performs follow-up to determine quantity and quality of service provided to client.

Assist in the direct care and management of adolescent and young adult patients / residents as prescribed by the treatment team. Assist in the development and implementation of the treatment plan for each patient / resident. Detailed record keeping for casework and management of caseloads.
