Brian Ash has has been involved all his working life in Radio & Electronics engineering. Originally trained in the early nineteen fifties as a Test Engineer with Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company he worked with both Avionics and Maritime equipments. In 1955 He went to serve as a Radio Technician in the Royal Air Force. On return to civilian life in 1959 he worked as a Field service engineer with Thorn and then Pye Group Services, turning freelance in 1964, later that year to form Mantsbrite.
