I'm a Senior Superintendent for HUEBER-BREUER , a construction management and general contracting firm. In this role, I am responsible for a range of projects from retail fit-outs to new construction. The most rewarding part of my job is collaborating with many professionals in all phases of the commercial construction industry. Our team has a successful record of completing projects in an efficient and cost effective manner.Throughout my career, I have worked with several firms and clients. I have welcomed the opportunities to advance from my early years as a carpenter to supervising large scale jobs in the field. In addition, I regularly assist in bidding and contract negotiations and project/planning management.While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite stage is the turnover of completed buildings or spaces. During the building process, I am able to accept challenges when they arise and deliver results that meet or exceed the original expectations set forth by the customer.I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, P6, as well as Procore.
