Manage high profile projects to ensure timely and accurate completion. Prepare and deliver annual review meetings with existing clients to go over previous years financial results, discuss changes/enhancements to their plan and to educate client on new products. Involved in face to face meetings with prospective clients to generate new sales. Responsible for renewing business by maintaining client and overall satisfaction. Provide dedicated backup support other account managers during travel. Streamline current processes and procedures within the account management department. Cost saving initiatives involving reports, presentations, etc.

Management of life insurance contracts, finding solutions for clients and customers questions and concerns, maintaining security for insured's, completion of client reports, manage and assist fellow associates with questions and procedures regarding unique and sensitive situations, instruct and ensure work completion of employees, implement newly added clients, main contact on administrative side for clients billing, face to face meetings and benefit fairs with clients, also worked on miscellaneous projects to enhance systems and procedures for the department.
